Notes on Mind Control, Gang Stalking, and the Governments Covert Psychological Undermining

It is a fact, to one degree or another, that unsuspecting innocent Americans have been, and are the objects of military and intelligence research. Such research and experimentation has long been defined as mind control, developing techniques and technology to subordinate citizens to the control of some authority thus denying them autonomy, through control of the mind. The history of mind control experimentation done by agencies within the government and the military of the United States is well documneted. For the victims it amounts to torture, mind rape and slow death, or very heinous murder. For the government agencies involved in such research, it amounts to the advancement of technology, the advancement of their research, and funding.

As technology advances in the area of mind control, so to does the number of victims, who tragically become expendable items of flesh in research, no different from a labratory rat, while being tortured through the duration of targeting. The ethical considerations of this is serious. Further ramifications of mind control no doubt impinge on all citizeny, as these technologies and research are aimed, as some have postulated, at one day controlling masses of people (please see link here: TOTAL POPULATION CONTROL ) , but the relegation of the topic of mind control to areas within media and information that encompass ESP, aliens, ghosts, casue most people to view it as science fiction, or fluke. This perhaps is by design, as the research involved is purposely hidden from honest exposure, but I kid you not, it is covert, highly unehtical, and undercuts the very founding principles that our nation, the United States of America, was built on. This is a great shame, and it should be some indication as to just much the government controls realms of information in our society, a control that can be deadly for some.

The HAARP (High frequency Active Auroral Research Program) transmitter is operated jointly by the U.S. Navy, Air Force and several universities and is located in Gakona, eastern Alaska.

One can get a lot out of looking at the HAARP Project’s website. It is stated that this project is intended for research into the ionosphere, as it relates to developing technologies aimed at surveillance systems. HAARP is cited, in an abundence, by people who have investigated government mind control experimentation.

Theories about the United States government’s secret operations into experimentation with mind control and covert harassment abound. Whether or not one views theories concerning the Illuminati and control of the world, and CIA/NSA covert operations against unwitting citizens, as being plausible, the fact that technologies directed at mind control exist should be enough to begin to take some of the claims of people who state they are victims of mind control/covert harassment seriously. Such claims can be found on sebsites dedicated to expsoing these governemnt atrocities, such as Mind Control Forum.

Can the government, or more appropriately, the CIA, read your thoughts? Even worse, can they “Implant Thoughts” into your head? Would that be the ultimate Mind Control, if they could control what you actually think and yet, you could never even detect it?

Technologies of mind control have been developed throughout modern history, and such technologies are have been used. Mind control techniques and technologies were developed by the Nazis,(as well as the Americans, Russians) and these were practiced on prisoners in concentration camps, as well as on unwitting citizens (see operation paperclip). Such technologies did not die with the Nazi regime, as scientists, from rocket designers to mind control experts, were brought to America, to assist in our government’s already established practices of research in the area.
